All new cars have UV: protection in the past 10 years. So you need to look up the make and model of your vehicle to find out. If so you should be protected. Most prescription glasses, you can buy the UV protective shield. It will fade over time. Always a good idea to protect your eyes in snow, water, or wherever there's high reflectivity of sun rays, even in pools! Avoid sunburn for skin, and protect your eyes too!
