Possibly: Consult w/ your doctor about the tyest results and recommendations. I expect they checked other possible systems too. Replacement hormone therapy may help - do a full inquiry and eat nutritiously, sleep well, exercise properly, do all that stuff. I hope it is corrected soon. Best!

Cause of fatigue: a low T could definitely be the cause of your fatigue as that is pretty low. You should probably check a CBC, CMP, TSH as well to rule out other things. See a doctor to get on some testosterone replacements and see if that helps.
