Gagging : although not certain, it is possible that the gagging you're experiencing could mean that your Gerd is not under good enough control. I would avoid particular foods that make your problem worse, cut back on caffeine and alcohol, quit smoking if you do, and consider tilting your bed. If these maneuvers don't help, then you may need to have the dose of your Aciphex (rabeprazole) adjusted. Good luck.
