Sinus or dehydration: The two types of HA affected by motion and the most commonly missed causes of headache are sinus infection and dehydration. The brain is supported by suspensory ligaments that contain all of the actual sensory nerves inside your skull. Typically your brain floats but with dehydration there is increased tension on these ligaments and it hurts. However In your case I'd suspect sinus infection.
