A member asked:

If my 13 height is 4'9 and now i'm 5'6 16.3 years old , can i grow taller or not and it is possible and it normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say: If you are male, the typical growth spurt is between 13-16. If there are other males in the family that continue their height growth after 18, you may as well. There is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller. It's mainly genetics. Just work on being healthy- good nutrition, good exercise, and healthy habits.
