If not sexually active the diagnosis could be testicular torsion, epidydimitis( a non sexually transmitted infection which is treated with doxycycline and ceftriaxone), orchitis, referred pain, other causes. Make sure you are seeing a urologist in the near term. if you are sexually active let your doctor know- important.
