Not a great combo: I usually don't do say this here, but I'm wondering why you are on those two medications together? I've been practicing for 30 years. I have no patients on Prozac and Ritalin (methylphenidate), (methylphenidate) as I believe, they would tend to work at cross purposes, I don't know what your target symptoms are, but Ritalin (methylphenidate) makes both depression and anxiety worse. If no response from Prozac at 40 mgs/day, 60 mgs/day might not help.

Prozac and ritalin (methylphenidate): You should be able to see response quickly within 3-5 days. You need to make sure about what symptom is the worst and address it. IF it is the depression, make sure it is stable before you address the ADD part
