Fresh eggs: It may be technically possible but a problem as getting tubes to work again after they were tied is not always successful. A fertility dr could help you ovulate & harvest some eggs through a laparoscope. Your husbands sperm could be added to the eggs and the resulting embryos placed into your womb. Difficult & expensive but possible.

Yes but . . .: Need to go see gynecologist who specializes this specific procedure and has lots of experience due to increase risk of ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. Also need to monitor closely early on to make sure not tubal pregnancy. Don't forget to start prenatal vitamins before trying to get pregnant to minimize risk for spinal tube defects.

Possibly : You can do surgery and repair the tube depending on what type of sx you had done. But consider this, you may repair them and end up with an ectopic or a failed procedure. Also consider that insurance doen't cover this and it will cost around $15k. I would consider ivf(in vitro) same price, no surgery, and no risk for ectopic.
