Head ache: Cant really "look" at the sinuses with a camera. You need radiologic evaluation with CT scan to tell if there is sinus mass or fluid. This type of headache may be a migraine equivalent and if there is no real suspicion of frontal or ethmoid pathology, then see a neurologist to evaluate you for the source of the headache.
