Try to relax: Try to lay down and relax. Close your eyes and take slow deep breaths. Lay your hands on your stomach and concentrate on your breathing. Try to clear your mind of your worries and think pleasant thoughts. Marjuana (weed) can cause panic attacks, but will not harm you. If it has this effect on you perhaps you consider stopping smoking marjuana.. Good luck! Rest easy. You are okay.
