I had an electrocardiogram and came out normal this was like 6month ago but i still have a little pain in my chest on my left side what could be?

Chest pain: Its very good that they performed and EKG. Any obvious ischemic change (area's of the heart that had decreased oxygen or strain on the cardiac cells) would be pretty apparent. 32 is young for cardiac disease..even in people where there is strong family history. Stress can produce symptoms like this. Stomach acidity as well. Keep in mind your heart is more or less in the CENTER of your chest!
