Can lizness be taken to help fecal impaction? if it can't be taken during fecal impaction, why is that? please help

Constipation: Fecal impaction should be treated by enemas or digital disimpaction. By taking Linzess it promotes water in the colon but if there is a hart stool impacted it may not push it out without either softening it or removing it digitally.
