Sure: You can drink tea if you like while pregnant. I am not sure how that is going to help with exhaustion though. I would discuss your fatigue with your obgyn. Thyroid and anemia testing can be done.

Teas & pregnancy: It is recommended that you not drink nettle leaf, fennel, sassafras, rosemary (in large amounts), hibiscus, ephedra, licorice root, raspberry leaf, oregano, cinnamon, anise, senna or sage tea.
