Oral Lesions: There are multiple causes for lip lesions based on how theylook and a host of other data including how they appeared for how long etc. Your medical history including sexual history is important. Some causes although unlikely in your age is cancer like melanoma or infectious causes such as fungus and viruses such as herpes or chicken pox. It could also just be skin irritation. See your Dr. first.
