Kegel's exercises: The muscle that surrounds the urethra, vagina and rectum can actually be strengthened by contracting it several times a day. It is the muscle that you use to stop your urine in mid stream. 10 or 15 in the a.m. and p.m. can actually tighten the opening of the vagina and give you more control. It is a great activity to do while stopped at traffic lights if you don't want to watch "nose picking"..
