Kegel's exercises: Kegel's exercises strengthens the pubococcygeus(pc) muscle that "loops around the vagina". It is the muscle that is used if one tries to cut off the urine flow in mid-stream. Squeezing the PC muscle, holding it for a few seconds, than releasing the "squeeze" 15 or 20 times a day can "tighten the vaginal opening" and give more control during intercourse.
