Paracetamol allergy?: It's not very common to have paracetamol allergy but it is possible. Discontinue taking the paracetamol immediately. Check with your doctor about taking an alternative. Some individuals with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory allergies also cannot tolerate paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen/Tylenol in the United States.Liver issues worsened by medicine can also cause itch (with jaundice).
