Technically ...: Technically Zyrtec is the strongest of the OTC non-sedating antihistamines - if you look at binding receptor profiles (followed by Allegra (fexofenadine) then Claritin). However, the clinical applicability of these types of basic science applications (while interesting) often doesn't always correlate with how patients actually respond to drugs in "real life". Go with what works for you - Hope that helps!

Might not be much: Both are second generation antihistamine and non drowsy. Allegra's onset of action is faster but they are pretty much the same in effectiveness. Different person might prefer one from another similarly to some might like Coke over Pepsi!!
