Sleep walked into a bump and bumped nose a week ago. think there is still a bump. anyway to help this or too late to ice it down?

Nose bump a week old: Ice really only helps to reduce swelling for about 48 hrs. On the positive side, it can take several weeks for swelling to complete resolve, so don't worry just yet. If the bump persists, then you may have broken your nose. If it's something that bothers you, then see a board-certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon. Good luck!
