See Your Doctor: Your description of "spots" on your penis is quite vague. Formulation of a diagnosis will require more info such as: duration, your medical history (recent/past), & more. There are a number of causes for genital skin findings that are not STD related. Additionally, diagnosis of skin disorders is challenging without visual inspection.
