Painful burp: Dyspepsia and haital hernia come to mind with your description Avoid prcess foods, do not eat close to bed time follow an elimination diet to find comon offenders. Try Zantac (ranitidine) or other over de counter similar remedies. Be sure to check your heart with your family doctor
