Hard to lose weight: It is good that you want to lose weight. Your BMI is > 40. It would greatly improve your health and well being to lose weight. You should have your thyroid function checked to ensure that is not working against you. Options for successful weight include: working very closely with a weight loss coach/expert; gastric lap band; other bariatric surgery, weight watchers is a successful organization.
