Focus on how much: You are eating. It turns out for most people the biggest hurdle is related to how much they are eating. You need to make sure you control your calories. Granted eating a diet rich in veggies and fruits and lean proteins is great. But even if you have trouble doing this, a good place to start is portion control. If you can increase your physical activity that will be helpful too.
