Diet and exercise: Fad and crash diets rarely work and often result in regaining weight in a pattern which is actually likely bad for your health. Gradual wieght loss through better diet and a good exercise program may result in slower loss, but if you achieve lifestyle changes, something that is more likely to work in long run. Of course this assumed you need to lose weight. Consult your doctor before diet!
