Add fiber!: Eating more fiber will help you have normal stools with speedy transit times. High fiber diets also prevent cancer and help fill you up on foods low in calories, so you eat less of the fattening stuff. Meat and cheese are very low in fiber. So eat less of that stuff and more "Rabbit food."
