No : you'll probably be sleepy from taking a muscle relaxer but otherwise it won't cause any harm. Always verify your medication before you take something

Probably not: Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant and can cause problems in the joints and heart if taken continuously during the development of the organs( first 15 weeks). One dose at 30 weeks probably will not hurt your baby, but do not make that mistake again.
