The Urachus: There is a connections between the bladder and the belly-button that is left over from your development when you were a baby inside your mother. Its called the "urachus". In some women, it is prominent. You may have this type of anatomy. Since the bladder sits on the vagina its possible that pressure on the belly-button could cause a sensation in the vagina.
