Urachus: The urachus is a fibrous remnant of the allantois, a canal that drains the urinary bladder of the fetus that joins and runs within the umbilical cord. Because of this "connection", stimulation of the umbilicus (navel) can sometimes transfer sensations to the area of the bladder/vagina. This connection closes after birth; rarely a remnant will allow small amounts of fluid to come from the navel.
