Xanax (alprazolam) is addicting : While Xanax (alprazolam) may not lower your sperm count it can most certainly over time decrease your libido (desire for sex). However the main issue with longterm use of drugs in this class (benzodiazepines) and in particular Xanax (alprazolam), is their addictive potential. Use with care, and I'd recommend not daily but only as you need.
