I took 2, 20mg pepcid (famotidine)--one at 4am, another at 6am. was ok til now so i took another 20mg at 6pm. is 60mg over 14 hours dangerous?

Be careful: Its not recommended to take more than what is recommended - I dont think the dose is dangerous since the prescription dose would be 40 mg twice a day. If you need more than the recommended over the counter dose, please consult with your physician
