Carpal tunnel syndrome: if you have numbness and tingling in your thumb, index finger and long finger you probably have carpal tunnel syndrome. If in your ring and little finger it is cubical tunnel syndrome. Early treatment is splinting and possibly steroid injections.

Carpal tunnel is one: common issue. Other nerve to the hand and arm can also be affected. Neck problems can cause hand numbness too. A lot depends upon which finger and which part of the hand is involved,

Most likely: A pinched nerve at both wrists, bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, may be culprit. Can easily be confirmed via an EMG test. Discuss your problems with your doctor.
