Absent menses: There are different reasons for delayed period; I:e pregnancy, stress could be emotional / mental or physical, extreme weight loss or rapid weight loss, extremes of weight. Or extreme weight gain. Medical conditions., intense physical training or exercise, medications and the list goes on. I recommend you see a doctor.
