A member asked:

Is a heart rate of 100 normal for working as a waitor in a restaurant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Normal sinus rythm goes from 60-100. Depending on the time of day and what you are doing the answer is most likely yes. Stressing out everything is fine, managing obstacles around the restaurant, making everyone happy. That will make my heart rate go to a 100 without a doubt CHeers! C
