Back pain: Pulsating back pain can be a sign of an aortic aneurysm which would be unlikely in your age group. Nevertheless I recommend that your physician examine you to diagnose the problem with your back especially seeing that your symptoms are more noticeable while lying on your back and seems more common when you're not working.
