Not unusual: It is not unusual for there to be some variation in menstrual periods once in awhile; often without any identifiable reason. Things that might cause a light period include increased physical activity, dehydration, stress, and anemia, just to mention a few. Be sure to drink lots of fluids prior to and during your period. If trend continues, have Hgb checked.
