Footdrop: Because you have weakness and numbness/tingling it sounds like you have an injury directly to the nerve that innervations the muscles that lift you foot up. Or it may be due injury to nerves higher up like a herniated disc . Another cause could be a rupture of the tendon that pulls you foot up. See a neurologist and/or an orthopedic surgeon get examined
