Plantar fasciitis: You possibly have plantar fasciitis, which is an inflammation in the sole of the foot. Begin stretching your foot every day. If it does not go away, see an orthopedist or podiatrist for help.

Achilles tendonopath: Tendonopathy vs neuritis....Get examined. You can try a cushioned heel lift to see if that offers any relief.
