No: Follow the instructions. In fact because of the much higher risk of miscarriage associated with tobacco use in pregnancy you should stop completely before doing IVF.

Smoke or Pregnant ?: Smoking isn't healthy. Estrogen and smoking can lead to blood clots, strokes, etc. One would hope you'd consider not smoking while pregnant, why not stop now? Smoking robs your cells of oxygen, and replaces it w/poison, and carcinogens, not the best environment for an IVF situation. Optimize chances for best health for all concerned. Good Luck
