Mom just had her left arm go numb and said it "went rigid" and she dropped the cup she was holding. she' 60y/o, hypothyroidism, no other probs. cause?

"went rigid": First have her check her thyroid labs. Her left arm trouble suggests nerve damage. Please have her doctor refer her to a Neurologist if the doctor cannot diagnose the cause. Wish her better for me.
