It's Variable: Cannabis can be VERY helpful for pain.Still some folks,esp. those w/schizophrenia, react to it w/ paranoia, anxiety, &/or worsening depression.Yet, many people w/ chronic pain have depression BECAUSE of the chronic pain; in such cases, relieving the chronic pain is primary to relieving at least a portion of the depression.There are no specific interactions of cannabis w/ Effexor or Lyrica (pregabalin)
