Gynecomastia: Up to a quarter of teenaged males get some development of the tissue that becomes breasts in a woman. Other men accumulate fat here. I'm going to assume that you are not taking any medications such as spironolactone, and that you are otherwise normally masculinized. A visit to your local surgeon's outpatient office will solve this problem easily. I'm sorry it wasn't solved sooner. Best wishes.
