The brown......: The pigmentation is caused by several factors. Inflammation can cause leakage of red blood cells into the skin, causing " rusting of the iron in the rbc hgb. Also, if you scratch and abrade psoriasis lesions, you get a low grade infection, which will permanently discolor skin. People will scratch unknowingly in sleep. The brown caused by rbc will leave slowly. The other will diminish little.
