Doubtful : It is unlikely but possible that you may have developed HPV despite the vaccine and any suspicious lesion that does not resolve needs to be looked at by an infectious disease professional as soon as possible.

Yes...but: There are 2 strains of wart producing HPV included in the vaccine & from these you should have protection, unfortunately there are at least 2 other strains associated with genital warts. If you didn't complete the full series, your benefit from the 1st dose may be gone. Your lesions may also be something other than HPV.
