Most likely: You should get a referral to a good ENT specialist, preferably a pediatric ENT if possible, for a complete evaluation and treatment. And yes, the condition, while annoying till it lasts, is curable with medicines, injections and or minor surgical intervention in the hand of the right specialist as indicated, based upon its etiology.
