What is the condition which cause curable tinnitus except earwax?

Many reasons: Sorry for the vague answer, but tinnitus (ringing in the ear/ears, ) is poorly understood and difficult to treat. It can be caused by many different sources, including too much Aspirin ingestion, trauma, infections, and tmd. I would first start with an ENT doctor. Tinnitus can be devastating to the sufferer.
