Not much: If this is the only abnormality in you results, it is of no concern. It indicates vigorous red cell production. NRBC stands for nucleated red blood cell and a few spill out from the bone marrow whenever there is vigorous red cell renewal.

Nucleated RBC: are immature forms of red blood cells. Normally not present in peripheral blood. Their presence often signals increased RBC turnover, either from increased destruction, increased production or both. Many causes but a hematologist can sort them out for you.
