Can be normal: If taking the pill reliably for an extended period of time, a woman can stop having periods. But use another pregnancy test.

Repeat Test: I would repeat the pregnancy test again and if still negative, you should see your PCP to check serum BHCG levels to confirm. This could also potentially be one of the side effects of the medication.
