I am 21 and my foreskin still does not retract over the tip of my penis and has never done when erect or soft should i be worried about this.

Foreskin: If you can't retract your foreskin, you cant clean well. That would be a indication for circumcision

Phimosis: Phimosis is the term for when the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back over the head of the penis. It can cause pain or recurrent infections. Treatment is usually circumcision although surgery just to release adhesions (areas where the foreskin is stuck to the penis) may be an option. Men who're not having problems may chose not to have surgery. Suggest see your GP who can advise best for you
