Meige's syndrome?: Your symptoms suggest a rare neurological disorder called Meige's syndrome. That disease is quite annoying to the patient, but is not life-threatening, nor does it spread beyond the head and neck. Most doctors will never have heard of it. (In 30 years of practice, I have never seen a case of it.) I recommend you see a neurologist at an academic center, or one who specializes in movement disorders.
