Neck pain: This sounds like a tonsillitis or pharyngitis. Other possibilities jaw problem such as TMJ or a primary neck problem. Is your throat red?

Hello, about an hour ago I run across the beach and dived in the ocean, I hit the top of my head but didn't hear any breaks around the neck and head area. But as time has gone on my neck is beginning to hurt, but I have full motion.
I was able with chiropractic help to decrease dizziness by increasing the horizontal range of motion in the cervical area of my neck. Can you explain?
